Phase II Environmental Site Investigations

The primary objective of conducting a Phase II assessment is to evaluate recognized environmental conditions.  Typically soil and groundwater samples are collected and analyzed for chemicals of concern (COCs).

The four components of a Phase II Environmental Site Assessment are:

1. Developing the Assessment Scope of Work

2. Assessment of Field Work

3. Evaluation of Field Data

4. Report

Innovative technologies such as utilization of a Membrane Interface Probe can be used to provide real-time data while in the field.
